How to Delete Your Account

Open the HoopsAtlas app and make sure you are logged in.

Tap the Settings icon (bottom navigation bar or top-right corner).

Scroll down to Platform Office and tap "Delete My Account".

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed immediately.
What Data Is Deleted
Account profile (name, email)Deleted immediately
Drills and playbooksDeleted immediately
Training sessionsDeleted immediately
Team membershipsDeleted immediately
Match recordings and statsDeleted immediately
Anonymised usage analyticsRetained (no personal link)
Billing records (Stripe)Retained per legal requirement (7 years)

If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days.
