How it works

3-Man Weave (Full Court): Three players line up side by side at the baseline: left, center, right. Center player has the ball. Center passes to the right player and follows their pass.

  1. Three players line up side by side at the baseline: left, center, right.
  2. Center player has the ball. Center passes to the right player and follows their pass.
  3. Right player passes to the left player and follows their pass.
  4. Left player passes back to the center (who is now on the right side) and follows.
  5. Continue weaving the full length of the court.
  6. Last player to touch the ball lays it up.

Coaching tips

Never pass ahead to a player who is not yet at the same level as you. The passer always runs behind the receiver. Increase speed each rep — but zero turnovers.
