How it works
3-on-2 → 2-on-1 Continuous: Three offensive players (1, 2, 3) attack two defenders (D1, D2) in a 3-on-2. Offense attacks — score or get stopped. If stopped, the two defenders become attackers going the other way.

- Offense attacks — score or get stopped. If stopped, the two defenders become attackers going the other way.
- One offensive player who passed last stays back as the lone defender — creating a 2-on-1 going back.
- The 2-on-1 group gets 2 new defenders waiting. Continue non-stop.
- Run for 5 minutes continuously. Track scores for each group.
Coaching tips
In 3-on-2, spread the floor: one in the lane, two on the wings. In 2-on-1, the ball handler must downhill — no hesitation.
